SA 316L

SA 316L

Max. Betriebstemperatur 400ºC.Kann mit den Schweißpulver CEWELD  FL 880 oder CEWELD FL 838 or FL 8111 verschweißt werden.

SA 2209

SA 2209

SA 2209 has high general corrosion resistance in media containing chloride and hydrogen sulfide. Combined with our fused flux FL 880 excellent results are obtained for both joining and cladding applications with self lifting slag and it leaves a fine rippled surface free from slag residues or pin holes. Also our agglomerated flux FL 838 can be used.

S3 NiMo1

S3 NiMo1

High strength weld deposit with good impact properties down to -60°C. S3 NiMo1 can be used in combination with FL 851 and FL 155, both fluxes offer low hydrogen content and excellent weldability in multi layer welding and narrow gab.

SA 308H

SA 308H

SA Nicro 625 is a solid drawn wire to be used for the submerged arc process in combination with our fused flux FL 880 or agglomerated flux FL 838 or FL 839.

SA 430

SA 430

Submerged arc welding wire to be used with fused flux FL 880 or agglomerated flux FL 838 flux with excellent welding properties. Stainless deposit with low carbon content. Low heat input is recommended to avoid pronounced grain coarsening. Absence of stabilization means that this steel is distinctly vulnerable to sensitization phenomenon during welding, even though martensite hogs a great amount of carbon and nitrogen.

SACW 460 1W

SACW 460 1W

SACW460-1W is a cored wire with micro-alloy elements, which enables welding of one side with one layer and layer counter layer with very good quality values. Also available in the variants 2-3W in combination with solid wir

SACW Mo

SACW Mo

The 0.5% alloying improves creep performance compared to CMn steels and sees the alloy being used for boiler, pressure vessel and piping construction.
Typical with FL 155 Flux or FL 160

SACW CrMo2

SACW CrMo2

Absolutely crack resistant weld metal conditioned by the high-basic slag in combination with very low hydrogen content. Suitable for heat treatment. Step cooling is possible. High reserve of toughness and crack resistance. Flux FL 150 of FL 160 can be used in combination with this wire.

SACW 350

SACW 350

To be used with neutral flux and basicity above 1.5. Suitable fluxes are FL 851 and FL 155
