AA NiCro 625P

AA NiCro 625P

Latest generation rutile flux cored wire, guarantees optimum metallurgical  quality, economic positional welding and attractive welder appeal.Very good resistance against pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion.Very good against acid, neutral or alkaline media, with or without chlorides.Very good resistance at high temperatures, especially against oxidation.

AA NiFe 60-40

AA NiFe 60-40

CEWELD ® AA NiFe 60/40 is a high nickel and iron alloyed cored wire for cold welding of all types of gray cast iron, also in combination with steel. In particular, however, for the welding of nodular cast iron. The alloy of the weld metal is very similar in color to the base material and corrodes like it later on. The alloy has excellent crack resistance and high strength and is also suitable for multi-layer welding. The weld seam can even be machined at the transition zones

AA 904L

AA 904L

The Ceweld AA 904L is used for welding materials of similar chemical composition which are used for fabrication of equipment and vessels for handling of sulfuric acid and many chloride containing media. This fluxcored wire may also find applications for joining Type 317L material where improved corrosion resistance in specific media is needed. In order to reduce the propensity for fissuring and hot cracking, the low melting constituents such as carbon, silicon, and phosphorus are controlled to lower levels in this alloy. Suitable only in down-hand positions.

AA 308LM

AA 308LM

Betriebstemperatur 350ºC.

AA 316LM

AA 316LM

CEWELD AA316LM bietet eine gute allgemeine Korrosionsbeständigkeit, insbesondere gegen Korrosion in sauren und chlorhaltigen Umgebungen. Geringe Kohlenstoffeinbringung.
Erhöhte Produktivität, verbesserte Schweißbarkeit, bessere Benetzungseigenschaften im Vergleich zu Massivdrähten.
Ausgezeichnete Schweißgutqualität und Röntgensicherheit.

AA 4361

AA 4361

Resistant to the attack of highly concentrated nitric acid and of nitric acid additionally containing strong deoxidants. Enhanced productivity, improved weldability, better wetting properties compared to solid wires. Excellent weld metal quality. Operating temperatures up to +350 °C.
CEWELD AA 4361 is primarily used in flat and horizontal positions. However, welds in other positions are also possible using short-arc or pulsed arc.

AA B350

AA B350

AA B890SR

AA B890SR

Remarkable crack resistant weld metal in combination with very low hydrogen content. Therefore, suitable for the economic processing of high-strength and low temperature fine-grained structural steels. Exelent welding properties in short and spray arc. Excelent gab bridging for root welds. High deposition rate and no intermediate cleaning required with very low spatter loss. Weld metal is heat treatable.

AA B550

AA B550

AA B550 is a seamless high basic flux cored wire for extreme requirements at sub
zero temperatures down to -60 °C. Excellent welding properties. Yield strength > 550
MPa. Low hydrogen content HD< 3 ml/100g even after long storage.

AA B960

AA B960

AA B960 is a seamless high basic flux cored wire that offers a absolute crack
resistant weld metal conditioned by the high-basic slag. Therefore, suitable for
the economic processing of high-strength, low temperature fine-grained structural
steels with Yield strength >960 MPa. X-ray-proof weld deposit with low spatter
loss. Stable mechanical properties of the weld metal also at high heat input up
to E<18 kJ/cm. Low hydrogen content HD< 3 ml/100g even after long storage.
