Return shipments

For returning goods, you must observe the following:

• We only handle returns if you have requested a return number.
• Please note that goods over three months after delivery and goods
  ordered upon special request of the client, unfortunately, can not
  be returned.
• After receiving the return number, you must send the goods within
  2 weeks to Certilas
• The goods must be properly packed.

Please fill out the data completely. After sending the form, you will
receive a return number as soon as possible.
